The owner and foreman of a roofing company have been indicted on charges of involuntary manslaughter in connection with the 2008 death of an employee who fell off the roof of an apartment building in San Francisco, San Francisco District Attorney Kamala Harris announced last Monday.

SBA and SBA's Office of the Inspector General have received several complaints from small businesses about abusive marketing practices, scams, and exorbitant fees charged by firms offering to help them obtain a loan, grant, or other federal funds.
