Help Needed In Requesting Extension On Federal OSHA Silica Regulations

Greetings,

Federal OSHA is looking at potential changes to their Silica regulations, which could possibly have a future positive effect for the California regulations. They are looking at making additions to the tools, or processes being used under Table 1 tasks. We have long advocated for more options to use water or vacuum tools, or other developing technologies, under Table 1.

It appears that more time is needed for national manufacturers and associations to prepare the data and rationale Fed/OSHA is looking for.
