Alameda County Transportation Commission (Alameda CTC) invites you to certify with our Local Business Contract Equity (LBCE) program.

We invite you to take advantage of a FREE certification opportunity through our Local Business Contract Equity (LBCE) Program.

By becoming LBCE-certified, your firm may receive up to 10% of total bid evaluation points on eligible Alameda CTC contracts valued over $75,000 that are funded locally:

  • 5% for meeting the Local Business Enterprise (LBE) goal
  • 5% for meeting the Small Local Business Enterprise (SLBE) goal

This certification can provide a valuable competitive advantage when pursuing Alameda CTC contracting opportunities.
