Re:          Enhancements to eCPR submission functionality

System enhancements were pushed into production late last night.  The following (6) items detail the latest updates to the PW eCPR submission functionality.

** New fields below were added to the eCPR submission page and eCPR print out (when you save to PDF)

 

  1. new values (must be reported in HOURLY INCREMENTS for XML)
  1. Fund/Admin
  2. Savings
  3. Dues

 

  1. These new values are to be added in lump sum per payroll period amounts
  1. Fed tax
  2. Fica
  3. State tax
  4. SDI

 

  1. Trailing decimal places on eCPR total amount fields removed

 

  1. New fields now added to the PDF when eCPRs are exported
  1. Gross wages for all projects included in this check
  2. Gross wages for this project
  3. Net wages for all projects

 

  1. Deductions (per payroll) section
  1. “Total (inc. other)” field is now modifiable.
  • If you have deductions other than the 4 listed, manually calculate them into the “Total (incl. other) box
  • Then manually calculate these amounts in the “GROSS WAGES FOR ALLE PROJECTS” box
    • Lastly, notate these additional amounts in “EMPLOYEE NOTES”

  1. To Export your eCPR, click “Export as PDF”
