Regional Compliance Manager General Description: Monitor and investigate cities, counties, special districts and Caltrans; for force account and public bidding matters; serve as a contact and liaison with these government agencies within a designated region, provide public works construction related services and educational to CIFAC and industry members.
Northern (Bay Area) Region includes the following counties: Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Monterey, Napa, San Benito, San Francisco, San Mateo, Solano, Sonoma, Santa Clara and Santa Cruz
Southern (East) Region includes the following counties: Inyo, Mono, Kern and San Bernardino
Classification: Full Time, Exempt, At-will Position
Salary: $64,000
Requirements:
· Must reside and be able to travel within designated regions
· Must be able to lift a minimum of 35 lbs., stoop, crawl, bend, push, pull and walk on uneven terrain/slippery conditions under varying weather conditions
· Must be equipped and able to work out of a home-office
· Must have reliable transportation to travel
· Applicant must have a valid CA Driver’s License and car insurance coverage
· Must successfully pass a pre-employment substance screening test
