PWC8767-Irrigation Controller replacement for Park System: The improvements include the replacement of all existing irrigation controllers and other related components of the irrigation systems, with a Calsense automatic system in 9 community parks (Central Park, Centerville, Irvington, Los Cerritos, Mission San Jose, Niles, Northgate, Sylvester Harvey, Warm Springs) and 6 neighborhood parks (Arroyo Agua, Booster, Frank Fisher, Lone Tree, Old Mission, Rix). Work includes installation of flow sensors, master valves, trenching, or boring, for dedicated conduit, hubs and antenna, electrical connections, low voltage wiring connections, miscellaneous concrete and asphalt repair. Above Ground Tank Relocation (PWC 8655) - The project consists of the relocation of existing above ground fuel tanks and the installation of generator day tanks at various locations. Karl Nordvik Synthetic Turf Conversion (PWC8577) - The improvements include the demolition of the existing ballfield, fencing and lighting and surrounding concrete, rough grading, import of fill material, fine grading, improvements to existing drainage systems, demolition and modification of the irrigation system, irrigation and planting, chain link fencing and gates, mow band, concrete paving and pathway, coordination of the installation of synthetic turf, dugout benches, foul poles, drinking fountains, sports field lighting and electrical, the addition of new parking lot lighting, construction of a new 28 space parking lot, biotreatment measures, and other such items or details that are required by Plans, Standard Specifications and these special provisions. Measure WW Well Irrigation Well and Pump Replacement (PWC8768) - This project consists of the rehabilitation/replacement of 4 irrigation well pumps and the upgrade of the electrical systems at Centerville Community Park, Central Park at Animal Shelter, Central Park at Babbling Brook, and Niles Community Park. (PWC 8739) - Three separate picnic areas in Central Park are to be renovated. Improvements include rough and fine grading; minor demolition; the installation of ADA compliant paving and sidewalks; rehabilitation of shoreline along Lake Elizabeth; tree and landscape planting; connection to existing irrigation systems; installation of picnic tables, preparation tables, barbeque pits, other decorative hardscape elements; and other such items or details required by the Plans, Standard Specifications, and Special Provisions.
