The Annual Election of Board of Directors was held Friday, October 30, 2009 and the Nominating Committee has announced the results. The eight new Directors elected to serve a two-year term beginning in November are as follows:

- Denis Beaman, Beaman’s, Inc.
- Joe Da Silva, PCI Doors
- Rick DeHerrera, RMT Landscape Contractors, Inc.
- Darren Gutierres, Allied Heating & Air Conditioning Co., Inc.
- Gary Kershner, Law Office of Gary Kershner
- Thom Miles, TMA Construction, Inc.
- Ken Regevig, K. Regevig Roofing
We would like to thank all the nominated members for their generosity and willingness to serve. The time and work put in by the Board of Directors is all volunteer, and the Board of Directors’ efforts and ongoing commitment are vital to the operations and continued success of the Exchange.
