Alameda County Public Works Agency (ACPWA), in partnership with General Services Agency (GSA), presented a series of 4 Saturday workshops for their (Fifth) Annual Contractor's Academy.
Led by Instructor Ed Duarte, CEO of Aztec Consultants, the free workshops are an opportunity to learn the unique challenges of bidding and successfully completing public works contracts in California.
Small / local / minority and woman-owned businesses were encouraged to attend but the program is open to local businesses.

Scott Leary, executive director of the Bay Area Builders Exchange, presented an Online Plan Service demonstration for attendees during the second session of Estimating and Bidding - Part 2.
