The Bay Area Builders Exchange and California Builders Alliance (CBA) invite you to attend an informational webinar on May 15th from Noon - 1 PM.

Senate Bill 553 is a pivotal piece of legislation in California aimed at preventing workplace violence and ensuring the safety of employees. The updated requirements will go into effect on July 1st and will apply to almost all employers. We encourage business owners and HR leaders to participate in this informative webinar to ensure you understand what is needed for full compliance.

 In this webinar, Aaron B. Silva, employment law attorney and partner at Murphy Austin, will provide an overview of SB 553, which employers it applies to, insights into the updated requirements, and guidance on implementation. There will also be an opportunity to address any questions at the end of the webinar.
