Measure CC Public Meetings
Provide your input regarding future goals and priorities in the Measure CC area, including public safety, wildfire prevention, park infrastructure & maintenance, environmental stewardship, and habitat protection. The first of three public meetings was held on Oct. 26 in Richmond. Two more meetings are scheduled for this month.
In 2004, voters in the cities of Oakland, Berkeley, Richmond, Alameda, San Pablo, El Cerrito, Albany, Emeryville, and Piedmont approved Measure CC to provide funding for park infrastructure, maintenance, and services. Measure CC was passed with 72% support and is set to expire soon. Measure CC cost $1/month ($12/year) per parcel.
