The San Francisco Bay Area Rapid Transit District (District) is in the process of establishing its overall triennial Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goal for Federal Fiscal Years 2023-2025. The District invites you, and all members of the community, to this public participation meeting to discuss information you may have concerning the availability of DBE’s or non-DBEs in BART’s market area. The District is also seeking your input on the methodology used to determine its triennial DBE goal for federally-assisted contracts.

The District will achieve its DBE goal using race and gender-conscious measures, as well as race and gender-neutral measures. The District proposes an overall goal of 25% for FFY 2023-2025 for FTA-assisted projects, of which 5% is race-conscious and 20% is race-neutral.

The District kindly asks that you distribute this invitation to your network.

This meeting will be held via Zoom at the following times.
